Dr. Mark Armbruster, D.C.

A third generation chiropractor, I have been practicing the art of mind/body healing since 1987. Born in Denver, CO.  I was raised with the belief that we should allow our bodies the opportunity to heal holistically before introducing pharmaceuticals and surgery. From Colorado to California, and then to South Africa, my focus has been to assist patients on their self-healing journey to a destination of mind and body working synergistically to create wholeness.

Professional Experience

Currently, I own and operate a wellness based Chiropractic practice in Littleton Colorado that focuses on physical nutritional, and emotional well being in an effort to help the body reorganize to a healthier state.  By educating my patients in the mind/body connection, I am able to help them achieve a better quality of life, free of the pain and discomfort which is the body’s response to chemical overload and emotional holding patterns.

From February 1997 to July 2006, I owned and managed the Lifeworks Wellness center in Durban South Africa, which was one of the largest Chiropractic practices in the country. My lectures on Chiropractic, nutritional and spiritual health, and quality of life concepts left a lasting impression within the community. By utilizing my humorous, yet deeply spiritual, personality, I was able to reach out to the people of South Africa and empower them with the knowledge and experience of healing from within.

Since 2005, I have run a Professional Progress Consultant practice for professionals who are trying to achieve particular goals or visions in their life or careers. Using an overall pictured approach on individual weaknesses in one’s personal, business, or spiritual life, I facilitate personal development and growth in an effort to help it occur naturally. In this way, the professional is able to fully integrate it into their personal well-being, resulting in a higher level of self-actualization.

From 1989 to 1996, I owned and managed the Ocean Park Chiropractic Center in Santa Monica, California where I utilized my Chiropractic skills as well as integrating the mind/body connection to educate my patients and help them realize the full natural healing capacity of their bodies.
